Why being fat is just.... NOT.... cool!
Once the ball drops and you realise you may be 'larger than planned', you should be deeply proud for that realisation - many people miss this very important step.

Acceptance is arguably the hardest bit, and without acceptance, the chances of relapse are high. You should then be even more proud for every step you take towards putting your body and wallet back into a healthy position - you dont just need to be proud once you reach your target weight.

Simply making the journey is hard enough - so be kind on yourself emotionally as you go on your way. Occasionally however, you do need a good kick up the morbidly obese bum - that is what we hope this rant will do!

Here Derren & Richard discuss some of the less spoken truths about being fat. Derren and Richard both know first hand the effects being far far far too overweight can bring. Luckily both of them over the past year or so have kept their diets under control and have returned to 'normal' weights.

This here is our rant to those who are denying what it is like 'Being Fat'

..... expecting many criticisms of course.

Have been doing a sht load of research on it - and altohough they're not perfect (i.e. they do not stock solely sustainable fish, get it?) - they do however ensure that by having their own branded products, they can keep costs down. And from the end of Dec 2009, all their single-ingredient items are from the USA.
