Rants - Being Fat
Review
Tastes Like A Rant but in Essence is Good Research
I love rants. They give one the ability to clear the air, so to speak.
This, however, is more than a rant. It is a well-researched article on why you shouldn't be fat. From calorie intake, to type-2 diabetes and more, this book leads you along by the, er...fat roll and blows away all of the excuses.
It also is written by one who has been fat and was in risk of the medical complications that can come from being so.
A rating of 4 only because aging was not covered. The lack of energy one has when one gets older, the lack of testosterone/estrogen and how to overcome this particular obstacle: I would have liked to have read.
All-in-all, worth the read. Good job on the research and I enjoyed the humor along the way too.
