I think on the whole this is really a fantastic idea. I’ve been promoting my Bounty entry for some time now and I think, aside from the amazing prize of 50% between contributors which is an absolutely amazing rate of pay for short story collections, there is quite a practical win-win benefit as well.
If Libboo is working at getting the bounty collection publicity with large retailers like Barnes & Noble and Amazon, then the writers themselves also gain a fair amount of individual publicity by their means of promoting. It’s a very good arrangement, I think.
